So many classes to choose from! No matter what I have going on BHY always has a class to accommodate my busy schedule.

It took me years to try my first class because I was intimidated by the heat. Upon arrival Jocelyn helped me get set up in a “cooler” part of the room, helping me acclimate. Over time I’ve learned to love the heat and there is nothing like a BHY sweat!
