What to Wear?

We recommend that you were something light, fitted and comfortable to class. For women, we suggest yoga shorts and a tank top or sports bra. For men, we recommend athletic shorts and a light weight tank top/t-shirt if you prefer, however most men generally just wear bottoms.

We advise not wearing sweats as you will be sweating a lot and long, heavy clothing will not be comfortable. Hats, watches, excessive jewellery are not permitted.
